I arrived earlier than my reserved time and asked if it was possible to take an earlier cable car. The staff kindly and warmly said “of course,” and allowed me to board right away.
Thanks to their kindness, I was able to spend plenty of time at the top and fully enjoy the breathtaking views under the beautiful weather.
I was also deeply impressed by how hard and sincerely all the staff were working — everyone was so professional and friendly.
I’m truly grateful for their warm hospitality. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I would love to come back again someday. 🌸

As a wheelchair user the help and accessibility was excellent through out, including the Void.
