I found the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It would be great if there are more toilets and drinking fountain available on site. Also would be great to have more signs to direct visitors for the hiking trails.

Most Important this is to manage your time, and always, I mean always respect the staff there. They are just the best people who are there to make your visit memorable so listen to their instructions if any and make sure to thank them whenever they give you ride up and down in the gondola or guide you at the midi station.
